How to get to the museum?
The museum ferry
During the summer months, the most beatiful way to arrive at the museum is by boat. Take the the historic ferries Beffen, which stops at the Bergen Aquarium, The Norwegian Fisheries Museum and the Old Bergen Museum/Bergen City Museum. The ferry goes from 1 June until 31 August.
Public transportation
Hop on bus nr. 3, 4, 39, 12, 16E or 19 from the city centre or Åsane to the bus stop named "Sandvikstorget"
By car
During the opening hours of the museum the parking is free for our visiting guests.
